I have had Crohn's disease for over 20 years and control it with diet. These microgreens have been a welcomed and needed addition in my routine. They, without a doubt, have changed many things for me. First, I noticed, almost immediately, my energy level went up and stays high the entire day. I have also noticed mental clarity and focus. Last, my bm have become more regular with less cramping and urgency. If I go a day without taking these microgreens and/or capsules I can feel the difference. This is why I take them everyday!
